ab3b2be725 consequently use M_IO_READ and M_IO_WRITE. 
on tn841 those are in the extended io space, on most others in normal
io space.

10e4aa8f85 fixed a problem with m8515 UART. 
UBRRH and UCSRC share the same io register location, bit URSEL needs to
be set in order to access UCSRC!!
